How to Log In

Go to chipola.instructure.com and sign in with your college email address and password.

Your college email is the official way Chipola contacts you. Check it regularly — important notices go here, not to your personal email.

Use College Email to:

• Receive admissions, registration, and financial aid notices
• Get account and password information from the college
• Communicate with college offices and staff

How to Log In

1. Go to mail.office365.com in any web browser.
2. Sign in with your college email address.
   Students: ju123456@my.chipola.edu  |  Employees: DoeJ@chipola.edu
3. Enter your email password and click Sign in.
4. On shared or public computers, choose No when asked to stay signed in, and sign out and close the browser when finished.

Add your Chipola email to the Mail app on your iPhone so official college notices reach you automatically.

1. On your iPhone, open Settings and tap Mail.
   On newer versions of iOS, go to Settings → Apps → Mail.
2. Tap Mail Accounts (or Accounts), then Add Account.
3. Choose Microsoft Exchange.
4. Enter your Chipola email address in the Email field. For Description, you can type "Chipola" to identify it if you have multiple email accounts. Tap Next.
5. Tap Sign In when asked how to set up the account. A Microsoft sign-in screen will open.
6. Enter your password and tap Sign in.
7. Tap Accept on the "Permissions requested" screen.
8. Choose which features to sync with your phone (Mail, Contacts, Calendars), then tap Save.
9. Open the Mail app to see your college email.

Your college account includes Microsoft 365 — install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more on your own computer at no cost.

1. Go to microsoft365.com and sign in with your college email address and password.
2. Look for the Install apps (or Install and more) button near the top right and select Install Microsoft 365 apps.
3. On a Windows computer, choose Microsoft 365 apps. On a Mac, choose the Mac installer under Other install options.
4. Run the downloaded file to install.
5. After installation, open any app (such as Word) and sign in with your college email account to activate your license.

For faculty and staff: check your campus office voicemail from any phone when you're away from your desk.

1. Call (850) 718-2450.
2. When prompted to "Enter your ID, followed by #," use your phone keypad to enter your office extension number, then press the # key.
3. When prompted to "Enter your PIN, followed by #," enter your voicemail password, then press the # key.
4. Follow the prompts. If you have a new voicemail, the system will instruct you how to listen to the message.
